Qualification Overview

This qualification has been designed for delivery to any learner working or preparing to work in a customer service role or where using the telephone is a part of their role. It is a short qualification of 6 guided learning hours which is especially suitable as delivery in the classroom.

It is designed for learners who deal with customers on a daily basis as part
of their job role and is applicable to a variety of work environments.

It is suitable for delivery both in the UK and Internationally, covering the principles of customer service. This includes how to meet customer expectations, the importance of appropriate behaviour and communication techniques as well as ways to deal with problem customers.
